New to PrintMaster? Start with an Agent for one location, or a Server plus Agents for a fleet across multiple sites. The Agent discovers and monitors printers; the Server brings sites together.
- Choose and install the components you need.
- Complete your first setup and discover a small, authorized printer range.
- Continue with day-to-day fleet management or production deployment and administration.
Only trying to get a copier scanning? You do not need PrintMaster: go directly to Scanning & SMB or find your printer brand.

Show a single-office Agent connected to printers, alongside a multi-site Server connected to Agents. Label which browser UI belongs to each component and make clear that scan-to-SMB is a separate workflow.
